HIGH STEM PEARS PET-NAT
Smile and wave with this perfumed deliciousness. Our high stem pear pet-nat was made from non-sprayed Gieser-Wildeman and Brederode pears. Those are two old varieties of cooking pears from the 1800s that work perfectly to be fermented. Expect a good body and a tannic funky flavour. Enjoy!

APPLE AND RED FRUITS PET-NAT
This cider was made to save fruits rejected by supermarkets. They were transformed into this pink, crispy, aromatic cider. This cider was disgorged to level the bottle pressure and make it even shinier. This pet-nat presents a good acidity, some smoky and fruity notes, especially from the strawberries and raspberries.

ZWIJNDRECHTSE WIJNPEER PET-NAT
Our dandy walrus is made from 100% non-sprayed zwijndrechtse wijnpeer. This old high stem pear variety is only grown in the Netherlands and suits perfectly for cooking or fermenting. Enjoy this wild pear cider with its barnyard, honey, sour, bold, flavour.

i got wood
BARREL AGED PEAR PET-NET
Smile and wave got wood! Our high stem pear pet-nat was put into a scotch barrel for some time and came back quite differently. Much more tannins, wood spicy taste with a light body and persistent aftertaste. Enjoy, but don’t get attached, it is a small batch.
